Met-Gun Group's Spanish Subsidiary Secured Agreements for Major Projects in Spain

Met-Gün Group, a leading Turkish enterprise, is expanding its international footprint through its subsidiary, Luminous Renewable Energy. By forming a key collaboration with Spain's Gransolar Group's ISE Energy, the company is embarking on two significant photovoltaic endeavors in Soria and Zaragoza. These projects, designed to generate a collective output of 23 MWp, underscore Met-Gün's dedication to boosting renewable energy adoption and reinforcing its global reputation.

🌍 Highlights of the Zaragoza Project

The Zaragoza initiative is meticulously planned to support an 11.32 MWp capacity featuring 16,408 bifacial modules, each delivering 690 Wp. Partnering with PVHardware of the Gransolar Group, these modules integrate efficient single-axis solar tracking systems. This setup is anticipated to produce over 21,000 MWh annually, enhancing energy sustainability and asserting Zaragoza's role in the renewable energy sector.

🌍 Key Aspects of the Soria Project

Each project demonstrates substantial advancements, but the Soria project holds a special distinction:

1. Technical Overview

The Soria project exhibits an installed capacity of 11.79 MWp, leveraging 16,968 modules similar to its Zaragoza counterpart. Employing single-axis solar trackers, it anticipates an annual electricity yield exceeding 20,000 MWh. Combined, both projects are set to generate over 41,000 MWh per year, showcasing the potential of solar technology.

2. Strategic Vision

Luminous Renewable Energy envisions expanding to 1 GW capacity in Spain within three years. This venture signifies a strategic leap in Spain's energy sector, furthering the enterprise's leadership and amplifying its impact on sustainable energy production.
